We know every group wants different things, so we’ve organised packages as to what we feel are the most commonly asked for.
The below options are for PRIVATE TOURS where your group will have a vehicle all to yourselves and an itinerary personalised. We list 6 options below that vary in levels of price, structure, inclusions, types of venues and levels of ‘fanciness’. That all said with enough communication, we can change any of the below to your liking. There are literally over 100 venues to choose from, so these options are just aimed to get the ball rolling in the right direction!

Option 1 ‘The Picnic Chiller’
“We just want a cheap good time without a lunch included, and thought of bringing our own food along”
For the close group that wants to keep costs down, have a wholesome day out and bring their own food for a picnic at a scenic winery!

@ Tokar Estate. Incredible views, Cocktails available and time for a drink after the tasting.
3. Tasting and Picnic
Rather than a restaurant, Bring your own food along for wholesome picnic. We have a sheltered spot on top of a hill at the stunning view @ Hanrahans Wines! Request Andrew as your driver to have some live acoustic tunes!
4. a Round of drinks on us @ Soumah Wines
Wine, beer, cider also available with beautiful views. More just a chance to sit back, relax and enjoy each other company in the sun!
5. Or a Paddle of Ciders or Gin
@ either Napoleans Orchard bar Or Four Pillars Gin. Wines and Beers available too!
This can be replaced with any venue you’d like really
6. Drive Home
with A LOT of singing to arrive back in Melbourne by 5:15pm
- 4 venues, but 3 Venues which all include tastings/drinks, with a 4th being the picnic.
- Ability to switch and choose any wineries with Beer or Gin stops
- Have complete control of Music the entire time
- Pick up and Drop off wherever you like
- Save costs on food and bring your own snacks/picnic which we can have at one of the scenic wineries.
- Bring your own drinks for the bus ride (Depending on vehicle used)
- Lunch itself and the drinks there.

- 9:30-45am Depart Melbourne
- 10:10-10:20 Departure If you are located close or within the Yarra Valley
- 11AM Wine tasting @ Soumah Wines, Medhurst Wines or Yering Farm Wines
- 12PM Wine tasting @ Tokar Estate, or Soumah Wines.
- 1:15PM Picnic which you would bring with you @ Hanrahans Vineyard or Yering Farm Wines
- 3PM Generous Round of Drinks on us @ either Tokar Estate, Soumah Wines, Helens Hill or Coldstream Brewery (We aim to get bottles/jugs so everyone gets about 2 drinks/glasses each)
- 3:50/4PM Start heading back with one toilet break.
- 5:00-5:15 Back at your desired drop off address.NOTE: Multiple pick up/drop off address’ will incur a fixed extra fee of 50-200$
- NOTE: We CAN push back start times/finish times to your liking, but it may impact the amount of stop we do and what times they are.

- Cheeseboards can be added onto this tour at one of the 4 venues for 30$ per platter (serves 3 ppl)
- We can replace the formal tasting at each venue with a round of drinks instead. This gives the stop a more relaxed feel and gives you more of a chance to talk to each other.
- NON-DRINKERS/PREGNANT ppl will get a 35$ discount
- Those that want to drive themselves and JUST WANT TO COME FOR LUNCH ONLY will NOT be charged but will need to pay their own way at lunch (These ppl WONT count towards your numbers on the tour)
- MUSICIAN: Have a driver who can play guitar for your group in the background while having your picnic for an additional 100$
- PHOTOGRAPHER: Have a driver who is also a professional photographer who can snap perfect photos on a great camera all day and share them with you for an extra 150$. You can see the photo quality here
- Remove a venue entirely and take off 10$ pp. Good if you’d prefer longer time at less stops.
- Replace any alcohol venue for a chocolate tasting and deduct 5$ pp.
- Second pick up/drop off incurs an extra cost of 50-200$ (Depending on location)

– Are we renting the bus we use, or is it one we own that is available?
– Is it a weekend? Public holiday? Sunday? These kinds of days contribute to a more expensive day due to penalty rates we pay drivers and venues
– Are we going to certain venues that charge more?
– Most importantly, How many people are coming. As a general rule, the more people you bring, the cheaper this tour is for everyone.

- 2 ppl: 450-550$
- 3 ppl: 390-440$
- 4 ppl: 300-320$
- 5 ppl: 250-280$
- 6 ppl: 210-250$

- 16-24 ppl: 130-140$ (By the time you have 16, the prices go to the cheapest we can do)
- 25-29 ppl: 175-200$ (Using a much larger coach, but this requires both a driver and a host to ensure the day runs smoothly. These coaches are far more expensive to source and therefore makes it more expensive if you ONLY JUST have enough ppl, like 25-29)
- 30-35 ppl: 155-180$
- 36-57 ppl: 130-150$

“We want to get lunch at a restaurant but pay for ourselves on the day to keep the tour price low”
We wont include lunch in the price, but rather let everyone order their own lunch individually via a QR code menu.

Get full control of what you want and pay for.
Order via their QR coded menu and get anything from pizzas to salads, from steaks to salads.
4. Gin paddles @ Four Pillars Gin
We’ll try 4 of their gins along with tonic water to mix and hear a little about their Gins. If you dont like Gin, we can get you whatever you like (Beer, wine, cider, cocktail, coffee). There is also a reputable winery across the road we can arrange a tasting at.
5. Or a generous, scenic Round of drinks on us
We could alternatively go to Yering Farm Wines, Yarrawood Estate or Helens Hill for a generous round of bottles of wine to end the day on a view!
6. 4pm Start driving back with lots of singing!
And yes, we will stop for toilet breaks! We always I’m to get back to your desired address by 5:20pm

We aim to book the following venues in, but from time to time venues are unavailable. So we have mentioned a couple of other ones just in case certain venues are unavailable.
Note: We obviously wouldn’t go to the same place twice. It just to explain potential plans
- 9:15-30am Your group to arrive at your desired Central/Metro Melbourne Pick up spot.
- 9:30-45am Depart Melbourne
- 10:10-10:20 Departure If you are located close or within the Yarra Valley
- 11AM Wine tasting @ Medhurst Wines or Coldstream Hills
- 12PM Bottles of Sparkling on us @ Domaine Chandon
- 1:15PM 3 course lunch @ Zonzos Estate, Meletos, Yering Station or Steels Gate
- 3:20PM Generous Round of Drinks on us @ either Tokar Estate, Soumah Wines or Helens Hill
(We aim to get bottles/jugs so everyone gets about 2 drinks/glasses each) - 4PM Start heading back with one toilet break.
- 5:00-5:15 Back at your desired drop off address.NOTE: Multiple pick up/drop off address’ will incur a fixed extra fee of 50-200$
NOTE: Sometimes lunch needs to be pushed earlier at 12pm, finishing at 2:30.
- NOTE: We CAN push back start times/finish times to your liking, but it may impact the amount of stop we do and what times they are.
- Replace any of the venues listed with any of your choosing (Price may increase)
- Add a 5th venue with a tasing/round of drinks for an extra 10$ pp

- Multiple Pick ups/drop off addresses will incur extra costs.
- Cheeseboards can be added onto this tour at one of the 4 venues for 30$ per platter (serves 3 ppl)
- We can replace the formal tasting at each venue with a round of drinks instead. This gives the stop a more relaxed feel and gives you more of a chance to talk to each other.
- NON-DRINKERS/PREGNANT ppl will get a 35$ discount
- Those that want to drive themselves and JUST WANT TO COME FOR LUNCH ONLY will be charged for just the lunch portion which ranges between 80-100$pp. (These ppl WONT count towards your numbers on the tour)
- MUSICIAN: Have a driver who can play guitar for your group in the background while having your picnic for an additional 100$
- PHOTOGRAPHER: Have a driver who is also a professional photographer who can snap perfect photos on a great camera all day and share them with you for an extra 150$. You can see the photo quality here
- Remove a venue entirely and take off 10$ pp. Good if you’d prefer longer time at less stops.
- Replace any alcohol venue for a chocolate tasting and deduct 5$ pp.
- Second pick up/drop off incurs an extra cost of 50-200$ (Depending on location)
There are many factors that can dictate the cost, but the most important ones are;
– Are we renting the bus we use, or is it one we own that is available?
– Is it a weekend? Public holiday? Sunday? These kinds of days contribute to a more expensive day due to penalty rates we pay drivers and venues
– Are we going to certain venues that charge more?
– Most importantly, How many people are coming. As a general rule, the more people you bring, the cheaper this tour is for everyone.

- 5 ppl: 250-280$
- 6 ppl: 210-250$

- 12-13 ppl: 130-160$
- 14-15 ppl: 145-175$ (Renting a bus for any more than 13 ppl, and with only JUST enough people to justify getting the bus, but not necessarily enough ppl to share the burden of cost, this is the most expensive range)
- 16-24 ppl: 135-145$ (By the time you have 16, the prices go to the cheapest we can do)
- 25-29 ppl: 175-200$ (Using a much larger coach, but this requires both a driver and a host to ensure the day runs smoothly. These coaches are far more expensive to source and therefore makes it more expensive if you ONLY JUST have enough ppl, like 25-29)
- 30-35 ppl: 155-180$
- 36-57 ppl: 130-150$

After we receive your online contact form or your booking form or you’ve called on 0423 237 833, our friendly staff will discuss your requirements in detail. We will send options, prices and itinerary options either via email or text.
Whether it’s a wine tour, day trip, brewery tour, hens or bucks party, we’re here to tailor-make the perfect tour for you. Next, we’ll email or text a little more to just get it absolutely perfect for your day out. Some groups can be happy with the very first itinerary we talk about and this process is done in one email. Others want to explore all sorts of options. Either way, we are here for it!
After we get a better understanding of your interests, group size and personal style, we’re more than happy to provide some recommendations. We’ll then confirm where you want to go, what you’re really looking for (Unless ‘half day tour is important?)
Make your booking to get the plan locked in
Once we’ve laid out the perfect plan for your day, we’ll send you the details for your approval. After making any necessary changes, we’ll get you to make a booking by paying a deposit on our website by clicking ‘Book Here’, then ‘Private Tours’. This is a non-refundable $100 deposit.
Once this booking is made and the plan is set, we then immediately book all of the venues discussed, allocate a vehicle, a driver and make sure everything is locked in. Sometimes people go straight to this step without contacting us, so we will make sure we get a plan going ASAP after you’ve booked.
Rest assured, our tours are flexible and we’re always happy to tweak things to make sure your day is exactly as you imagined.
Rounding up the Troops
From the moment we have received your $100 deposit, things are locked in. We have got everything ready on our end. It’s now your job to start getting everyone organised and find out what your final numbers will be. We also recommend checking for any dietary requirements, finalising the pickup and drop off address, and any other minor details that we may need to know.
If everyone is paying for themselves, then we recommend collecting payments from them ASAP so we can get a good idea on numbers early. It’s in everyone’s best interest for this number to be communicated honestly, realistically, and frequently. The number of people dictates the price, the vehicle we use and the driver who can drive that vehicle.
The Week Before and the Final Email
7 days before the tour, we will email you to give you all the very final details so you won’t have any more questions. This final email will include the driver’s details, the itinerary, rules expected behaviours, vehicle details and payment instructions. Payment will be via bank transfer/invoice or a payment link can be sent.
We do not require full payment until 2 days before the tour. Once payment is made and we are all good to go, there’s nothing left to do, except drink!
The Day of Your Tour
On the day of your tour, our professional and friendly staff will be there to pick you up and drop you off wherever we have discussed and planned. Our guides provide recommendations, plenty of banter and overall, make sure everything runs smoothly. We have a bit of a common sense approach to the day.
If we feel something isn’t working or that people need more of this or less of this, we are always happy to add a few bottles on the table, or a cheese platter or whatever we think is reasonable. We want to make sure this is the best day ever so you’ll join us once again!
