Arrive back at 74 Spring street, East Melbourne, across the road from Hotel Windsor. Have a drink across the road with your new friends!

The easiest and most foolproof way is to put “HOTEL WINDSOR, EAST MELBOURNE” into Google Maps. Once you arrive, simply walk across the road to the same side as the statue, where there’s a bus bay for our buses to park. This spot is technically 74 SPRING STREET, EAST MELBOURNE right near Parliament Train Station. Below is a photo.

There’s a café here called Café Excello, where you can grab a coffee beforehand if you’re a little early.
Trams: Any 86 or 96 tram heading east from the CBD/Downtown will take you to Spring Street. Literally any tram — no matter the number — and best of all, trams are free within the CBD for everyone.
Train: Take any train on the city loop and get off at Parliament Station. This is exactly where our pick-up spot is.
Uber/Taxi: We recommend entering 74 Spring Street, East Melbourne, Hotel Windsor, or Parliament Station as your destination — they’re all essentially the same location.
Important:
Do NOT put “74 Spring Street East, Port Melbourne” into your maps — this is a common mistake!
We have a 24-seat bus but usually don’t fill it up to keep the group small and intimate. Most days, there are around 10 to 20 people.
When it’s busy, we run more than one bus and will text you to choose which one you want. You can choose a bigger bus with about 20 people or a smaller van with 11 to 13. Generally though, expect to be on the mini-bus with about 22 people.

We almost always use our 2017 Mitsubishi Rosa, which has 24 passenger seats. Sometimes we use our 2018 Toyota Coaster with 21 seats.
For smaller groups, we use Toyota Commuters (from 2005 to 2020) that seat 11 to 13 people.
All our vehicles are well air-conditioned, heated, fully accredited, and carefully maintained.

We do not have space for wheelchairs, prams, luggage or anything except people!
On a case-by-case basis, we might be able to pick you up from a spot that doesn’t require a detour.
If you’re in the eastern suburbs, we ask you to meet us at 101 Maroondah Highway, Croydon – Croydon McDonalds at 9:20am. You can park there all day if you’re driving.

If in Lilydale/Yarra Valley, then 161 Main Street, Lillydale, – ‘BWS LILLYDALE’ at 9:35am.
We do not pick up from hotels or Airbnbs.
If you are staying at an airbnb/hotel within the Yarra Valley, you will need to meet us at the first winery, Yering Farm Wines, at 10am. Please contact us about any of these as a potential pick up spot.
We do not issue refunds for any reason if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time (8:45am).
We understand things happen — sickness, family emergencies, cancelled flights, late Ubers, or trains not running — but because your seat can’t be resold at such short notice, we can’t offer a refund. That’s what travel insurance is for if you’re on holiday.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the tour starts, we offer a full refund for any reason.
Why? We need enough time to rebook your seat. Usually, 24 hours isn’t enough notice, so NO refunds are given within this window.
If you’re running late on the day, we recommend catching a taxi directly to the first venue to avoid missing out.
We don’t allow free rescheduling for cancellations. If you want to book another date, you’ll need to purchase a new ticket at full price.

But worst of all?
No flexibility.
No opportunity to alter the day to suit what we – or the group – actually wanted.
So… we decided to change all that!
Tour after tour, year after year, we explored every corner of the Yarra Valley and created an itinerary that gives you the freedom to choose where you go. The beauty of the Yarra Valley is that everything is so close together — which means we can even split the group if needed, so everyone gets what they want.
From wine connoisseurs to casual drinkers, cider lovers to non-drinkers — there’s something for everyone.
On our tour, anything is possible.
Help us choose how you want the day to unfold!
We genuinely pride ourselves on making sure everyone has a great time. It’s super common to have half the group wanting one thing, and the other half wanting something else…
That’s where our local know-how kicks in. Almost everything in the Yarra Valley is close by — chocolate across the road from wineries, cider next to beer, big-name vineyards near boutique ones.
We have perfectly structured this itinerary so that we can split the group up at certain points to give everyone what they want.
The concept of choice on this tour is limited to where we are going logistically. For example, if you are wanting a cheese stop INSTEAD Of the chocolate place at the end, this can’t be dome at that exact moment as the two venues are quite far away from each other. That said, if you let our drivers know at the start of the day, or even at the fist stop that you want a specific thing like cheese or whiskey, we can absolutely detour on the the way to those places. Everything within reason! Only thing worth mentioning is these added stops would generally be at your own expense.
But the message is: We know where everything is and when makes the most sense to go there. We just need to know from you what you want as early as possible!
We charge all seats the same whether you are a big drinker or a light drinker. It has become difficult to police sometimes, where some people ask for a discount as they are not drinking, but then drink on the day because they want to feel included. So for this reason we provide value in other ways for the non-drinkers. We get them mocktails, coffees, non-alcoholic drinks along the way instead of the wine/alcohol.
However just give Andrew a call on 0423237833 and we can discuss further. Always happy to bend the rules a little.
Absolutely! However, we don’t provide child seats, so you’ll need to bring your own or be comfortable with your child sitting on your lap.
Children between 0-18 are charged 15$ less generally. To make it special, we can offer mocktails and extra treats at each stop for younger guests.
If you are bringing an infant/toddler who you intend on bringing things like prams/bags that will essentially take up a seat in itself, then we will need to charge for that seat (child rate) regardless if you have baby sitting on your lap.
For us , its all about the seat, just like airlines. If your baby and/or their prams are taking up a seat, then we are charging for it.
Do not use this as a reason to bring all your kids stuff and have it on top of you. This is not allowed and we strongly discourage bringing anything except baby and a day bag.
Overall however….This tour will likely have loud music on the speakers, young adults-mature adults all drinking and potentially swearing and yelling. It is NOT an ideal tour for children, PARTICULARLY on weekends. If you do want to come, I would recommend coming on a weekday when its much quieter.
A tasting usually involves a small amount of wine — a little more than a shot of tequila, roughly. At each vineyard, you’ll try about 6–7 wines, which adds up to about one glass per venue.
You’ll also have the chance to hear from the cellar door’s wine experts, who’ll share what flavours to look out for and how the wine is made.
But if that’s not your thing, no worries – just smile and enjoy the drink!
What is NOT involved is behind-the-scenes access to wine making or grape picking. This is something no tour in this region offers. So to set expectations, you’ll only be sampling wines.
Nobody’s perfect. But we can happily accommodate for all dietary requirements! Most wines we try are in fact vegan, with about 4 out of 20 not being vegan.
As for food, the restaurants have a lot of options for all sorts of dietary restrictions.
The menu of both restaurants can be found here.
Generally the tour is 130$ per person, but at the time of writing this (May/June 2026), we are offering the tour at 105$ per person.
This includes all tastings at 4 venues. This generally means about 15 samples of different wines, 4 samples of gins, 12 samples of chocolates. Most people ar pretty full and stuffed by the end of it! That said, if you want to get drunk, then you can always buy more at the wineries at a discounted rate as you are with us!
It depends! We have two vehicles — one with 13 seats and one with 24. We can’t promise which you’ll get or the exact group size.
If you want a really small group (12 or less), let us know! We would recommend that if you want a small group, its a better idea to book on a weekday! Quite often our groups are 15 or less on weekdays.
Usually, we have 15–20 people on the 25-seat bus, leaving plenty of space so it still feels chill and intimate. When it’s busy, we sometimes run both vehicles and split the group up.
When you book this tour, just mentally prepare yourself that you will be potentially with 20 others.
This depends.
On a private tour, yes. With a bit of pre-communication and boundaries set.
With this specific daily public tour: No.Not at the beginning. We don’t want anyone bringing their own alcohol on the bus at the start of the day.
Allow us to get to know you first, get an idea of the groups vibe and let the driver decide from there. If we have a really good respectful group, then we are known to be a little more relaxed. If we have some concerns over certain indivudals, we will enforce things a bit more stricter. In a general sense however, we want you to have a good time and are happy for some light drinking on the bus. We DONT want to create an unsafe and unsavoury experience for guests that might not want to have drinks on the bus. Our compassion and attention is normally to the more quieter and silent types on the bus who might be very quietly unhappy with the rowdiness.
Just a heads up — BYO drinks aren’t allowed at any of the wineries, but there’ll be plenty of alcohol available to purchase.
Snacks are fine to bring.
Bring a bottle of water (but water is at each stop).
Charger for the day. We do have some, but they are limited in number.
Sunscreen or jacket depending on weather. Look for ‘Coldstream’ on your weather apps.
We pick up at 8:45am at 74 Spring Street, East Melbourne — just across the road from the Hotel Windsor and above Parliament Train Station.
To avoid confusion, just put in ‘HOTEL WINDSOR’ into your google maps/maps app, and you are in the right spot.
Any tram heading east through the CBD will get you there for free in under 10 minutes. This is within the free-tram zone.
Please allow an extra 20 minutes for traffic or possible Uber cancellations.
We need to leave at 8:55am, so if you are going to be later than that, we will leave without you.
If you are looking to be late, plan B is to go to ‘COHEALTH COLLINGWOOD’ where we will be at roughly 9:10. This means we can leave on time and meet you near the freewat entrance. You need to let us know if you are doing this.
Plan C is to meet us at the first winery which will take an hour in an uber.
We are all about being fun, social, relaxed and creating an unforgettable and energised atmosphere. We are NOT wine connoisseurs. We don’t pretend to be. Our tour is for the 95% of people who just want a nice day out in the sun, taking nice photos, having a laugh and getting tipsy and tasting amazing wines. Its probably not for the wine expert. That said, the wine quality is exceptional everywhere we go!
Our tour is perfect for solo travellers. Perfect for couples or small groups of mates. Our vibe is all about having a fun, social day with a younger crowd.
