- Non drinkers receive a 35$ discount. Those that want to come just for lunch just come for FREE (Depending on location)
- For those that want to drive and meet us at one venue, they COME FOR FREE and we dont get them anything. These people DONT cont towards the number of people you have on the tour
- For those that dont drink alcohol, we offer a 35$ discount and aim to get them non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day
- For those that want to come on the bus only for half the day, they’d be charged at full price, but deduct 15$ per venue they DONT come to
In short, The advertised prices are just a indicative price.
There are many factors that can dictate the cost, but the most important ones are;
– Are we renting the bus we use, or is it one we own that is available?
– Is it a weekend? Public holiday? Sunday? These kinds of days contribute to a more expensive day due to penalty rates we pay drivers and venues
– Are we going to certain venues that charge more?
– Most importantly, How many people are coming. As a general rule, the more people you bring, the cheaper this tour is for everyone.
Below is a rough breakdown of what the prices could be when taking into account the above…..
- 2 ppl: 490-550$
- 3 ppl: 400-440$
- 4 ppl: 320-350$
- 5 ppl: 280-310$
- 6 ppl: 250-265$
- 7 ppl: 230-245$
- 8 ppl: 215-225$
- 9 ppl: 200-210$
- 10 ppl: 190-200$
- 11 ppl: 180-220$ (This depends on if we use a vehicle we own or if we need to rent it)
- 12-13 ppl: 170-200$ (This depends on if we use a vehicle we own or if we need to rent it)
- 14-15 ppl: 180-190$ (Renting a bus for any more than 13 ppl, and with only JUST enough people to justify getting the bus, but not necessarily enough ppl to share the burden of cost, this is the most expensive range)
- 16-24 ppl: 170-180$ (By the time you have 16, the prices go to the cheapest we can do)
- 25-29 ppl: 200-210$ (Using a much larger coach, but this requires both a driver and a host to ensure the day runs smoothly. These coaches are far more expensive to source and therefore makes it more expensive if you ONLY JUST have enough ppl, like 25-29)
- 30-35 ppl: 180-190$
- 36-57 ppl: 170-180$
Option 7 ‘Just the driver’
For the group that want to manage the entire day themselves, meaning at each venue your group pays for themselves. Nothing is included except the transport for the day.

What makes Tee Pee Tours different from other wine tour operators?
We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We believe that running a tour is about creating the best possible atmosphere, one that’s relaxed, flexible, sociable, and inclusive. We put an emphasis on getting everyone to connect..and not in a lame cheesy way. Through organic conversation, or a communal playlist, We Get People Talking. We offer end-to-end transportation and let you decide where we go and how long we stay. Plus, our tour durations are very adaptable.
Does Tee Pee Tours cater to people who are not very interested in wine?
Of course! While we specialise in wine tours, we understand that not everyone’s a wine lover. That’s why we offer a range of alternatives including behind-the-scenes looks at Victorian restaurants, estates, breweries, and distilleries.

I'm a seasoned wine enthusiast. Can Tee Pee Tours offer me a unique experience?
Definitely! We offer personalised wine tours, where we tailor the itinerary to match your preferences. This also comes with direct access to local wine makers and hands-on wine making activities. Even if some people in the group don’t love wine and others absolutely love it, we can pick places where we can split the group up. This is usually easy as some of the places are literally next door to one another. We know the Melbourne Wine regions so well that we know exactly where the wine-enthusiast will appreciate things, and where the others will find ways to enjoy it too.
